Council approval

Torbay Drop Kerbs takes care of the council application and paperwork, to get your permission required to install the dropped kerb. The customer does pay a council fee but we handle all the paperwork and installation. 

Certified & Insured Installers

Fully certified with all the correct insurances to install all types of Drop Kerb / Vehicle crossover.
We have Public Liability insurance cover of £5,000,000 which is required to install Dropped Kerbs.

The slideshow above shows a dropped kerb we installed in Brixham. It was a tarmac dropped kerb where we lowered the existing pavement, installed one quadrant kerb, and installed concrete edgings at the rear of the footpath to contain the new tarmac. The new vehicle crossing will provide access to the driveway.
